Stacey Meshnick joined Ronald Fatoullah & Associates in 1996 and now leads our busy Medicaid department. As supervisor of the Medicaid department at the firm, Stacey oversees the paralegals and assists clients with various aspects of long-term care planning, estate planning, preparation of wills and trusts, advance directives and guardianships.
After practicing as a tax attorney for many years in both the legal and corporate arena, Debby Rosenfeld decided to enter the field of elder law and has been engaged in the practice ever since.
Prior to Joining Ronald Fatoullah & Associates, Eva interned at a Long Island Law firm, preparing Medicaid Applications, creating wills and trusts, drafting documents for probate proceedings and Article 81 guardianship petitions.
Jordan Lipka has been practicing trusts and estate law for over 30 years and specializes in advising and guiding clients after the loss of a loved one. He has extensive experience in estate administration including the admission of Wills for probate, petitions for letters of administration, collection and valuation of estate assets, payment of estate expenses and taxes and preparation of Accountings and Receipts regarding distribution to beneficiaries.
Marilyn Quinn Anderson joined Ronald Fatoullah & Associates in 2020 as a member of the Estate Administration department. She brings to the firm a background in estate administration, planning and litigation, as well as residential real estate transactions.
We are very proud to announce that Robert Mehran, Jr. has become “Of Counsel” to Ronald Fatoullah & Associates. Robert has a strong background in Civil Litigation, Corporate and Business Law. He will be instrumental in assisting the firm with Guardianship Litigation and Estate Litigation matters.
Prior to joining Ronald Fatoullah & Associates in 2001, Vitina worked in the Medicaid and legal fields for 23 years. She is a former Senior Fair Hearing Paralegal (Medicaid Appeals) and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm's nursing home and community Medicaid applications.
Amy joins Ronald Fatoullah & Associates with a combined five years of experience as a law clerk and paralegal in the area of elder law. Amy's responsibilities include the preparation and submission of client Medicaid applications.

Angus is a graduate of the Queens College paralegal studies program. Prior to joining Ronald Fatoullah & Associates, he worked in various areas of public service, including at a long-term care case management agency.
Angus has a B.A. from SUNY Albany and an M.A. from the University of Toronto. He speaks Russian, having studied and worked in Russia for several years.
As the assistant to Ronald Fatoullah, Celeste introduces new clients to the firm and explains the firm's procedures. She also handles the appointments for new client consultations and assists the staff in preparing and notarizing client documents.
Ms. Panzarella has been with Ronald Fatoullah & Associates since 1990.
Terry Hochler, who joined the firm in 2012, assists the attorneys with deed transfers, document preparation and execution, and general office support. When she is not working, Terry enjoys performing in Gilbert & Sullivan operettas and other musical endeavors.
Jackie recently joined the firm in January of 2018 as the marketing and outreach coordinator. She has a strong background in the elder law business and understands the challenges and needs of our clients.

Audrey has been the bookkeeper for Ronald Fatoullah & Associates for 14 years. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the beach. She also enjoys bike riding, music, dancing and traveling.
Claudia joined Ronald Fatoullah & Associates in November 2017 as a legal administrator. She is responsible for closing out consult notes and opening matters for the attorneys. She provides general administrative support to the attorneys and staff, and she is the administrative assistant to our managing attorney.
Helen joined Ronald Fatoullah & Associates in 2005 and provides general administrative support to the staff. Helen assists with reception, billing and file maintenance.
